This album was written between July 20th and early-to-mid November 2015, about half a year after I got into songwriting and production as a whole. There were 2 versions, the first one released on November 20th 2015, and the second on January 28th 2016 with a slightly different mix, track order, and an extra song. There were multiple covers made for the 2015 release but I finally settled on a simple 'black text on white background' thing using an awful free font.
The metalcore songs (and the album's title) were meant to mock the 2008-2014 'Risecore'-type stuff. The rest were either taken from earlier demos & reworked, or made just for the sake of adding variety to the album.
